Yes. We only collect the phone numbers, and no other information attached to that.
Yes. Only your team has access to your SAMI account. Two-factor authentication may also be enabled for an additional layer of security.
Yes. Messages and Lists get saved on to SAMI in your library and can be used as many times as you want. You can use old messages with new lists and vice versa.
A ‘success’ is defined as a number from the list pressing ‘1’ and connecting to the forwarding number of your choice.
‘SAMI Avg’ is the average success rate of all outreaches across all SAMI users.
You select the area code you’d like your outreaches to call from and we’ll secure a phone number for you.
The administrator account is the only one who will receive the approval emails for the recorded messages. Only approved messages are available to be chosen to run outreaches.
Yes. By pressing ‘2’ they will be able to opt out of future outreaches and you will be able to see which phone numbers decided to opt out. You will need to state at the end of your voice message to “Press 2 to opt out of future outreaches” or something similar.
First, make sure that your list file is saved in .csv format. You can do this by selecting .csv when you click Save As in Excel. Also make sure that the phone numbers on the list start on the 2nd row, and only on the first column. Yes. You will be alerted when you are running low on SAMI COINS and can upgrade your subscription plan at any time.
An Application Programming Interface (API) is a communication mechanism that allows data exchange between two software modules. This is used by application developers to integrate SAMI functionality into their code.
No. All registered Members can create outreach messaging campaigns, but only those registered as Administrators may approve the messages.

Caller ID is shown at the discretion of the call recipient's phone provider. With SAMI, you also have the added feature of Voice Integrity which remediates spam labels.
Your texting campaign will come from the same phone number as your calling campaign, but will need approval for messaging use case.
